Mike Dibden is Chief Operating Officer for IGM Financial Incorporated.

He leads the shared services operations divisions across IG Wealth Management, Mackenzie Investments and Investment Planning Counsel that deliver high-performance, integrated, digital, operations and technology platforms that support our client-centric strategic initiatives to drive future growth.

Mike brings extensive expertise in leading global technology and operations teams within the financial industry. He has more than 20 years’ experience managing large-scale teams with impressive results in driving complex, transformational programs.

Prior to IGM, Mike was Senior Vice President of Technology Operations and Wealth Management Technology at a major Canadian bank, where he led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with demonstrated improvements in financial, client satisfaction and employee satisfaction metrics. Prior to that, Mike was Vice-President of Strategic Outsourcing at Hewlett Packard (now DXC Technologies). His previous experience includes senior operations and technology roles at a leading business process outsourcing firm and one of the world’s largest asset managers, and as a management consultant with a leading international professional services firm. This experience shapes Mike’s pragmatic leadership style and in-depth management insight, which serve as significant assets in setting the direction for leading Client Services Operations, Fund Services, Technology and Corporate Services at IGM Financial Inc.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
