Fund merger

The following fund merger will take place on or about October 16, 2020.

Here are key dates when advisors and their clients can expect more information (subject to change and approval):

• Advisor mailing with impacted client list – week of August 10
• Investor notice mailing - week of August 10
• Effective date of merger – on or about October 16

Fund termination

We will be terminating the Mackenzie Global Long/Short Equity Alpha Fund on or around August 21, 2020, subject to investor approval. Advisors will receive a letter about the termination, along with a list of impacted clients, during the week of July 6.

Additional information will be provided closer to the effective dates.
