We would like to provide you with information on upcoming fund events, some of which are included in the Mackenzie Investments Mutual Funds Simplified Prospectus renewal that we expect will be receipted in the next few days.
Launch of Mackenzie International Dividend Fund
Subject to receipt of our Simplified Prospectus, we will launch the Mackenzie International Dividend Fund on October 15, 2019, which will invest in equity securities of companies outside of Canada and the U.S. that pay or may be expected to pay dividends.

Fund renamings
Effective September 27, the following four mutual funds will be renamed:
- Mackenzie Canadian All Cap Value Class will become Mackenzie Canadian Equity Class
- Mackenzie Canadian All Cap Value Fund will become Mackenzie Canadian Equity Fund
- Mackenzie Canadian Large Cap Dividend Class will become Mackenzie Canadian Dividend Class
- Mackenzie Canadian Large Cap Dividend Fund will become Mackenzie Canadian Dividend Fund

Streamlining our product shelf
Mackenzie has proposed to merge Mackenzie Cundill US Class into Mackenzie US Growth Class on or around February 7, 2020, subject to investor approval.
Advisors will receive more information about the proposed merger, including client reports, later this fall.
