Megan joined Mackenzie Investments in 2020 and was appointed Assistant Vice President, Chief of Staff in 2026. She is responsible for enabling enterprise effectiveness through strategy execution, governance and cross-functional coordination. With 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, Megan has held leadership roles across the Product, Finance and Strategy functions, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President, Strategy, Planning and Analysis. She brings a strong track record of translating business strategy into clear, actionable priorities.
Megan holds an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
