For more than 30 years, Mackenzie Investments has remained deeply invested in Canada’s ski community — from supporting young athletes taking their first turns on the racecourse to World Cup champions competing on the global stage.
Through our partnerships with Alpine Canada Alpin, Alpine Ontario Alpin and Ski Québec Alpin, we support athletes at every level, while helping empower the coaches, clubs, volunteers and families behind the sport.
Our commitment also extends beyond competition. Through initiatives such as Mackenzie She Skis, we are helping strengthen the pathway for women in alpine skiing and build a more inclusive future for the sport.
She Skis mentorship program
Created and led by Mackenzie Investments, She Skis is a mentorship program for female ski racing athletes, delivered in close collaboration with Alpine Canada Alpin, Alpine Ontario Alpin and Ski Québec Alpin. Through access to nationally ranked athletes and experienced coaches, participants build practical skills in areas such as nutrition, teamwork, mental preparedness and athletic development. The program is designed to help young women grow both on and off the racecourse, while supporting greater representation of women across alpine skiing.
